What your membership reserves.
Your monthly tuition reserves your member’s place in the schedule you choose (2, 3, or 5 days per week). It is a flat monthly amount — it is not calculated according to the number of operating days in a given month or your member’s actual attendance.
Tuition stays the same during months containing scheduled holidays or other published program closures. The program does not prorate tuition or provide refunds, credits, reduced charges, or make-up days for:
The annual operating calendar is provided before enrollment and before the beginning of each new calendar year. Changing your membership schedule is possible as space allows — talk with our staff.
When we’re open.
Brave Hearts operates Monday through Friday throughout the year, except for holidays and other closures on our published annual calendar. We do not schedule seasonal or week-long breaks.
The program normally closes for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on a weekend, we publish the weekday on which it will be observed.
